Dave Waver, CDS, CMC – General Manager – KEE Management Solutions Inc.

Dave is responsible for the overall management of the Canadian branch operations, driving the recruiting and retention. Dave has been in the transportation business for 27 years. Most recently he was employed at the largest privately owned trucking companies in Canada with responsibilities for Safety and Recruiting. Over his four year tenure the company growth increased 40%. Another significant achievement, in 2006 the company was awarded the “Select Trucks/OTR Canadian Retention Award” for trucking companies greater than 100 trucks.  Dave is a Certified Director of Safety, Certified Master Contractor and is a business graduate.

Pierre Pelletier – Manager of Operations Montreal - KEE Management Solutions Inc.

Pierre Pelletier leads our Montreal branch and deals with all staffing solutions within the Montreal division. Pierre has over 26 years experience as a truck driver, 4 years in clearing merchandise in bonded warehouse and has been working for the past 7 years as the Director of our Montreal location recruiting for various positions.  With a 35 years experience in the transportation industry, Pierre has developed the ability to recruit at all levels.  He specializes in hiring dock workers, forklift operators, shunters, city drivers, long haul drivers as well as administrator workers. With 350 recruits in 7 years, Pierre Pelletier is the right person to talk to when looking for work or looking for qualifies candidates.

Umberta Silva – Branch Manager Mississauga, On. – KEE Management Solutions Inc.

Working out of Head office, Umberta is responsible for the recruitment and retention of several major transportation accounts in the GTA and surrounding areas.  With over  12 years experience in the human resource industry, Umberta understand the importance of customer service and has developed superior problem solving skills which compliments our team of professionals.  As a recruiter, Umberta understands the importance of quality candidates and prides herself on the ability to identify recruit and retain these individuals for our customers.  Umberta is available to speak with you to answer any driver related or account related questions.

Sherry White – Branch Manager Edmonton – KEE Management Solutions Inc.

Sherry is responsible for the recruitment and retention of employees in Edmonton, Alberta.  As a recent addition to the team of KEE professionals, Sherry brings to you over 15+ years experience in the service industry.  Looking for a change, Sherry went back to school and has graduated with an Office Administration diploma with a certificate in Medical Terminology.  Hired as an administrator, Sherry’s superior customer service skills, combined with her ability to solve problems and work well under pressure, has provided her the opportunity to be promoted to driver relations coordinator.  Her ability to work well with people really has really proven to be an asset to our organization.  Sherry is always available to answer any questions you may have please feel free to call her anytime.
 
Wendy Winters – Branch Manager Maritimes – KEE Management Solutions Inc.

Working out of our Maritimes office, Wendy Winters has responsibilities for the growth of our Maritimes operation in recruitment and retention. Wendy brings 17 years experience in the staffing industry with training in Kansas City specialized in Executive Search Head Hunting. Combined with amazing people skills this gives Wendy a definite advantage when recruiting and selling the company. Wendy is a graduate of the St Marys University of Halifax.

Rhonda Leger – Branch Manager Calgary – KEE Management Solutions

Working out of our Calgary Branch with responsibilities for the growth and retention of the Calgary and British Columbia.  Rhonda comes with over 10 years in the trucking industry.  She also spend a couple of years on the road driving team with her husband.  She has the experience to speak confidently when recruiting employees in the trucking industry.  Her ability to fit in with all types of personalities is one of strong points.  Rhonda has a great attitude towards life and you can tell the minute you meet her.
